What is the return policy?
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your wall light, no questions asked. The item must be uninstalled, in its original packaging with all accessories included. Simply contact us by email and we'll handle the rest.
Are any purchases final sale?
No. Every purchase can be returned within 15 days of delivery, as long as the product is intact and uninstalled. In case of a defect or damage upon delivery, replacement is guaranteed, no conditions.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery within mainland France then takes 3 to 5 business days via tracked Colissimo. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do I need an electrician to install the wall light?
Installation requires connecting the light to your wall's electrical wiring (live, neutral, earth). If a cable outlet is already in place, installation is straightforward and takes less than 15 minutes. If not, we recommend hiring a qualified electrician to ensure a safe and compliant installation.
Which bulb is compatible?
Our wall lights are compatible with G9 LED bulbs. We recommend a 3W to 5W G9 LED bulb at 2700K (warm white) to achieve the warm golden glow you see in our product photos.
Is the glass fragile? How is it protected during shipping?
Every wall light is individually packed in reinforced packaging with custom foam padding, specifically designed to protect the glass globe during transit. If your item arrives damaged, send us a photo and we'll arrange an immediate replacement.

Our wall lights are carefully sourced from specialist manufacturers with expertise in blown glass and metalwork. Every piece goes through a strict quality check before being shipped to you.
