Payment Policy

This page explains how payments work on cozzestudio.com. It applies to all orders placed through our online store.

1. Currency

All prices on this website are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP). The checkout total is the authoritative amount for your order.

2. Accepted payment methods

The following payment methods are available at checkout:

Shop Pay
PayPal
Klarna

Availability of an individual method can depend on your device, your browser, your location and your eligibility with the relevant provider. The methods actually available to you are the ones shown at checkout.

3. When you are charged

Payment is taken when you complete checkout. Placing an order is an offer to buy: an automated acknowledgement does not by itself mean the order has been accepted. The contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods, as described in our Terms of Sale.

If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, any payment already taken is refunded in full to the original payment method.

4. Payment processing and security

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and by the payment provider you select at checkout. The connection to our checkout is encrypted.

Cozze Studio does not receive or store complete card numbers. Full card and wallet credentials are handled by the payment provider, not by us. We only receive confirmation of whether a payment succeeded, together with the limited information we need to identify your order.

5. Failed or declined payments

If a payment is declined, no order is created and no goods are reserved. Declines are decided by your bank or payment provider, and we do not receive the reason. Please check your card details, available balance and any bank verification step, then try again or use a different payment method.

An authorisation hold placed by your bank on a declined attempt is released by your bank, usually within a few business days.

6. Buy now, pay later

Where Klarna is available, the credit or deferred payment agreement is between you and Klarna, and Klarna's own terms and eligibility checks apply. Your statutory rights against Cozze Studio as the seller are unaffected.

7. Refunds

Refunds are always returned to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card, account or payment method. Timing and conditions are set out in our Refund and Return Policy.

8. Taxes and additional charges

Prices shown at checkout include the taxes charged by Cozze Studio. Import VAT, customs duties or carrier handling charges may apply where they are not collected at checkout, as explained in our Shipping Policy.

Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fees if your account is not held in pounds sterling. Those fees are set by your bank and are not charged by us.
