Terms of sale

These terms apply to consumer purchases made through cozzestudio.com for delivery in the United Kingdom.

1. Seller

The seller is STUDIOSSE LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States, operating as Cozze Studio. The registered address and registration information are stated in our Legal Notice. Customer service: info@cozzestudio.com, +44 7457 410352.

2. Products

We take reasonable care to describe and photograph products accurately. Screen settings and manufacturing tolerances can cause minor differences in colour or finish. Product-specific materials, dimensions, electrical information and installation requirements are stated on the relevant product page.

3. Prices and taxes

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). The price shown at checkout is the total amount payable to Cozze Studio for the goods and already includes any tax we are required to charge. No additional import charges apply to United Kingdom deliveries, as explained in our Shipping Policy.

4. Orders and contract formation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement does not by itself mean the order has been accepted. The contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance if payment cannot be authorised, the item is unavailable, the price or description contains an obvious error, or fraud is reasonably suspected. Any payment taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may depend on device, location and eligibility. Payment is processed by Shopify and the selected payment provider. We do not store complete card details.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only. Charges, processing times, transit estimates, tracking and import information are set out in our Shipping Policy.

7. Installation and use

Follow the product instructions and applicable electrical safety rules. Hardwired lighting should be installed by a suitably qualified person where required. Do not use a product that appears damaged.

8. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Cancellation and return rights are set out in our Refund and Return Policy. Nothing in these terms restricts mandatory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer law.

9. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a UK consumer, you retain the protection of mandatory consumer law applicable in the part of the United Kingdom where you live and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint.
