What happens next
- We confirm receipt of your cancellation by email and send the return instructions and return address.
- You return the goods within 14 days of telling us, using a tracked service.
- We refund the price of the item plus the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge offered for the order.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the goods, and in any event within the statutory period.
